About My Clients
I have worked with clients from all backgrounds and specialize in dealing with trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, chronic illness and reactive attachment disorders.
My Background and Approach
I have a medical background and a bachelors degree in human development. My masters degree is in mental health counseling and I have specialized training as a certified trauma specialist. I do not have a one size fits all approach to therapy, therefore use many different styles and techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to live a happy and healthy life. Seeking help for mental health issues should be as normal as going to a Physician for a medical problem as the mind and body are connected.
