About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and recurring relationship patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. Many of my clients overthink their relationships, struggle with people-pleasing, or feel unsure how to break cycles that keep repeating. I also work with couples who feel caught in conflict or communication breakdowns. Together, we slow things down, understand what’s driving the cycle, and build more secure, connected ways of relating.
My Background and Approach
My background includes over a decade in social services and more than six years providing psychotherapy in community mental health and outpatient settings. I've supported individuals and couples navigating trauma, mood disorders, relationship distress, identity development, and major life transitions. I work from an affirming, inclusive lens and have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those impacted by systemic stressors, discrimination, and marginalization. I understand that mental health does not exist in a vacuum, and we will consider both personal history and broader social context in our work together. I've received training and supervision in attachment-based and relational therapy, and I integrate psychodynamic work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This allows us to explore deeper emotional patterns while building practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
