About My Clients
Have you spent so much time showing up for everyone else that you're not sure where to start with yourself? Maybe you're carrying wounds from your relationship with a parent, or you learned early to take care of everyone else—keeping the peace, being the responsible one, or putting your own needs last. Maybe you're now in the throes of parenting or caregiving yourself, and would like someone to support you. You're not broken and there is nothing to fix. I would like to help you create capacity.
My Background and Approach
I'm trained in Brainspotting, an experiential, brain and body-based approach that can help access deeper, nervous-system processing beyond words alone. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and comfort level, drawing from a variety of therapeutic, trauma-informed approaches to support your goals. Whether you're navigating parenting, caregiving, relationship challenges, work stress, past trauma, or life transitions, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck, build capacity through nervous system regulation, and develop practical tools that help you respond with intention, set healthier boundaries, and move through life with greater confidence and self-compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self—not a polished version of yourself. I value authenticity, curiosity, humor, compassion, and the belief that people make sense in the context of what they've lived through. My approach is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect for each person's identity, relationships, values, and lived experiences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role isn't to tell you who to be or how to live it. I also believe good therapy isn't always comfortable. I'm warm and supportive, but I'll also gently challenge you, notice patterns with you, and be honest when something seems worth looking at. Therapy can hold both things: compassion for why you developed certain ways of coping and curiosity about whether they're still serving you. Above all, I believe people deserve a space where they don't have to take care of everyone else for a while.
