About My Clients
My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, school phobia, low self-esteem, or challenges related to life transitions, college, or career direction. I provide a warm, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor with nearly ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. I earned my Master’s in Counseling in Educational Settings and an advanced certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University. I combine mindfulness-based strategies with a person-centered approach to create a warm, empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported. I work collaboratively to help clients explore emotions, recognize strengths, and build resilience. I am passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults (18–24) navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, school phobia, life transitions, or college and career decisions, while developing healthy coping skills, self-esteem, and meaningful choices that support personal growth and overall well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every client has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth. Therapy is most effective in a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported. I value collaboration, respect each individual’s unique experiences, and approach challenges with curiosity and compassion. I believe mindfulness and self-awareness can empower clients to navigate life’s difficulties, build resilience, and make choices that align with their values and personal goals.
