About My Clients

We are all trying to live life the best we can with what we have and sometimes we need a little help. Expats/diplomats/veterans/active-duty service members and their families: Just because we move away, doesn't mean our problems fade away. Sometimes they get worse. Athletes: Life off the field impacts performance on the field. That person matters too. Substance Use: Recovery isn't easy but it is easier with support.

My Background and Approach

"Do I contradict myself? Very well, I contradict myself. I am large. I contain multitudes." - Walt Whitman As a former college athlete and coach, I can be direct and solution-oriented. I also enjoy reflecting on the "why," what motivates us, and understanding more about how we became the people we are today. The combination of problem-solving and curiosity allows me to meet you where you are. Together, we can determine the best way to tackle your current struggles.
