About My Clients
I work with women and feminine identifying people who have experienced traumas (C-PTSD, PTSD, sexual, physical, emotional abuse, birth related traumas, infertility/pregnancy loss, TFMR, NICU experience, infant loss); and parents experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
My Background and Approach
My approach is attachment and trauma focused, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences and needs. This includes building coping skills to help you calm yourself and cope with distress, exploring and understanding how past experiences and relationships are affecting you now, and EMDR and talk therapy to process and heal from trauma and other disturbing experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love my work and it's always a privilege to be invited into my clients' lives. Healing and well-being happen through our relationships. That's why creating a therapy relationship with you that is judgment-free and supportive is at the heart of my work. You're not supposed to do this alone.
