About My Clients
I welcome adult clients of all ages and identities. I have specialized training in helping individuals navigate grief and loss, as well as experience treating anxiety, depression, existential concerns, life transitions, career changes, and identity development. Whether you are rebuilding your understanding of the world after loss, or taking the first steps to understand your own needs and values, I strive to support you on your journey.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy from a person-centered, feminist and existential informed framework and implement Acceptance and Commitment Therapy when appropriate to help clients find meaning and value in transition or loss. I hold certification in grief work, and am versed in treating traditional grief as well as disenfranchised forms of grief. I hope to provide support and skills for my clients to embrace growth, self-discovery and achieve meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every individual has their own needs, meaning a therapy session will look different for every person. I tailor my sessions to best fit the needs of my clients, using a variety of interventions from frameworks that align with my client's values and beliefs.
