My Background and Approach
I know therapy is important and necessary because I found my own value in it. I recognized I couldn’t do it alone. And you don’t have to, either. I am a strong believer that we are our history. The person we are walking around today took years and years to cultivate, but sometimes we didn't get a good running start. Or maybe you had an adverse experience that took you a bit off track. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
