My Background and Approach
Sometimes our journey to find our best self feel like a roller coaster ride of highs and lows. When stressors seem overwhelming, a listening ear to share difficult inner emotions can be a safe and soft place to land. Holli has decades of life experiences that have built a deeper understanding of emotional pain, and knowledge of how to cultivate motivation for change and healing. Most everyone has a life story that may need new and healthy chapters to match their higher, authentic, self. Holli had 25 years of working in the social work field serving wounded souls in search of purpose and meaning, before hanging her Therapist shingle. Areas of specialty include: Addiction, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Self-Esteem building, Faith Transition, Spirituality, Inner Child healing and LGBTQ issues. Holli has extra training in working with physical and emotionally challenged clients who are searching for daily peace of mind and realistic goals.
