About My Clients
You're exhausted from replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, and getting stuck in your own head. Something happened: maybe it's the loss of a sibling, a friend, a relationship, or a version of your life you thought you'd have. Grief and anxiety have a way of quietly rearranging who you are and how you move through the world. This can show up as overthinking, distrust in yourself, and feeling like you've lost your footing in your identity and relationships.
My Background and Approach
My work is about untangling what grief has touched, making sense of how your family, culture, and spirituality shape the way you carry it. The goal is for you to find your footing again, feel more grounded, more like yourself, and more aligned with who you actually are on the other side of it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
