My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, emphasizing creativity and self-discovery throughout the process. I work with adults, couples, and families to help them navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, and women’s mental health. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I focus on building emotional awareness, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies that promote long-term change. I also integrate art therapy to encourage expression beyond words, helping clients explore their emotions in new and meaningful ways.
