About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, or major life changes can leave you feeling drained, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns. You might find yourself overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, feeling torn between cultural values and your own needs, or carrying stress that feels difficult to voice, even to those closest to you.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative, strengths-based approach incorporating CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, SFBT, Feminist Therapy, Trauma-Focused care, and the Gottman Method. I work collaboratively with clients to build coping skills, increase insight, improve relationships, and foster lasting emotional growth in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a special interest in working with South Asians navigating anxiety, family and relationship dynamics, cultural identity, grief, and life transitions, though I welcome clients of all backgrounds. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, a space to explore your thoughts and relationships at your own pace, with a therapist who understands.
