My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide comprehensive support. CBT focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. By helping clients develop healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies, CBT empowers them to make positive changes in their lives. ACT, emphasizes accepting difficult emotions and thoughts rather than fighting against them.
