When we experience things like anxiety, depression, or even a traumatic event, those things tend to weigh us down and keep us from living the life we want. Therapy helps us work through those subconscious road blocks that are affecting us even in the most subtle ways. By using different modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy or Trauma-Focused therapy, I collaborate with clients and couples by working through the blind spots of our mind together.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered perspective, pulling in different interventions that fit you best. I believe that everyone is unique and therapy should not be treated as a one-size-fits-all
