My Background and Approach
My work is guided by compassion, collaboration, and genuine care for each person I meet. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and client-centered approaches to help clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Together, we explore what’s underneath the pain, uncover strengths, and build practical tools to create real and lasting change. My background includes years of training in community and family counseling centers across California, where I learned the importance of creating a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. As a Middle Eastern therapist fluent in Farsi, I bring cultural understanding and sensitivity to every session. I value the unique stories, traditions, and experiences that shape each client’s journey. My goal is to help you feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to move through life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and emotional balance.
