As a therapist, I treat anxiety through a combination of evidence-based techniques: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge and reframe negative thoughts, mindfulness practices to ground clients in the present, and relaxation exercises to manage physiological symptoms. I also work on developing coping strategies, encouraging lifestyle changes such as regular exercise and balanced nutrition, and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship to build resilience.

As a therapist, I treat depression using a range of approaches: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and shift negative thought patterns, behavioral activation to increase engagement in positive activities, and mindfulness to improve emotional regulation. I also focus on building coping skills, enhancing self-care routines, and addressing any underlying issues. Collaborative goal-setting and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship are key to promoting lasting recovery.

In trauma therapy, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to process and heal from past trauma. Using approaches like Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness, we address the root causes of trauma, reframe distressing memories, and build resilience. My goal is to help clients regain control, develop healthy coping skills, and move forward with strength and empowerment.

I integrate Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) as a pathway to self-discovery and emotional well-being. My approach merges cultural understanding, embodied healing, and evidence-based practices to help clients move beyond adversity and step into their full potential. Whether through therapy, coaching, or education, I am committed to guiding individuals toward thriving, not just surviving.
