About My Clients
I work with people who feel stuck or overwhelmed by their emotions, and I focus on helping them feel more grounded and understood. I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD (including challenges with time management and executive functioning), as well as those struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m warm and attuned, but also honest and straightforward. I won’t dance around the hard stuff, but I won't rush you
My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist with roots on the East Coast and a practice grounded on the West Coast. My approach blends both worlds. I’m warm, engaged, and deeply respectful of your pace—but I’m also active and straightforward. I’ll help you notice patterns, name what’s not working, and move toward change in a way that feels sustainable and authentic. The world has thrown us a few curve balls lately and you are not alone. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering and judgement free where you can feel like yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I want therapy to feel like a radically safe and inclusive space. I affirm all identities and relationships and I welcome more your lived experiences. I value authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. My work is grounded in the belief that we are all human, and sometimes we need to understand how we work on the inside as much as we do on the outside. Beyond my work with clients, I am passionate about supporting the next generation of therapists. I provide mentorship to AMFTs, supervision, actively participate in SF CAMFT events and initiatives, and teach graduate-level students in counseling psychology. I believe that nurturing future clinicians and contributing to the professional community is an extension of my values, rooted in collaboration, growth, and ongoing learning.
