About My Clients
I work with many people that are highly sensitive for a variety of reasons, including neurodivergence, autoimmune disorders, and trauma. I support parents with the rich and unique experience of raising humans, some with highly sensitive children. I also specialize in single parenting support. Other ways I support people are coping with anxiety disorders, exploring identity, life transitions, oppression, managing moods, grief, women's issues, and relationship issues.
My Background and Approach
I value an integrative, holistic approach and pull from several modalities so that I can tailor the therapy to the client's needs. I want to guide people towards their own healing and in developing a new narrative for themselves in order to thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to support individuals to feel confident in who they are without judgement, and to not have challenges or the past define their lives. I believe in overcoming adversity and that we can find our capacity for change. I truly value the relationships that I build with people, both professionally and personally.
