About My Clients
Do you have a critical self-approach that is based on trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and major life changes? Therapy can provide you with the resources to navigate these challenges, as well as making meaning within the therapeutic space that will allow you to acquire self-compassion. I am here to support you on your journey towards healing, self-discovery and developing the capacity for treating yourself kindly.
My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from DePaul University, Chicago and continue to integrate my creative sensibility, which reflects my approach. I am particularly passionate about integrating creative exercises, such as writing and drawing, as a way of fostering self-expression within therapy. This will allow us to address different parts of you that may come up in the here-and-now and relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. I am also passionate about logotherapy, or guiding individuals towards that which makes their life meaningful. We will address emotions that are surfacing within the therapeutic space, and help you find personal meaning through developing clarity and insight.
