My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with extensive experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychiatric rehabilitation. My background includes working in hospitals, both in-person and through telehealth, as well as educating future nurses at California State University Long Beach. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment approaches to improve mental health outcomes. My experience allows me to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s needs.
