My Background and Approach
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy, and client center therapy to understand your needs and will plan a treatment that is specific to you as an individual. I take genuine interest and consideration in how cultural and diverse dynamics, such as gender, sexual orientation, immigration and intergenerational conflict, impact the worldview of the individual. I will work with you to promote positive changes and help you to attain new perspectives in dealing with your challenges. My warm and respectful personality will provide you with a safe environment to express your feelings and thoughts. I am also fluent in Vietnamese.
