About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, identity shifts, and relational stress. Many of my clients are expats, high-functioning professionals, or leaders under pressure—seeking support to process the past, manage anxiety, improve emotional connection, or repair trust in relationships. If you're committed to growth and want expert, compassionate guidance, you’re in the right place.

My Background and Approach

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Counsellor Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in the United Kingdom, with over a decade of experience supporting adults and couples through trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship distress, and identity challenges. I work integratively, drawing on trauma-informed approaches (including parts work, REBT, narrative therapy, CBT, and clinical hypnotherapy) to support deep, lasting change. My practice is grounded in safety, emotional regulation, and nervous system awareness. I help clients process unresolved experiences, develop secure relational patterns, and lead more intentional lives. Many of the people I support are individuals, high achievers, leaders, couples in distress, or expats adjusting to significant life transitions. My approach is collaborative, insightful, and gently challenging—offering both emotional depth and practical tools for growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins when we feel seen and understood—not only in our symptoms but in our stories. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in the belief that emotional resilience can be learned, regardless of our past experiences. I care deeply about issues of emotional safety, relationship health, and the integration of mental and physical well-being. I'm especially committed to supporting multicultural individuals and couples navigating identity, belonging, or intergenerational patterns. I continue to train in trauma-informed frameworks and ethical practice to offer the highest standard of care. Outside of my work, I enjoy mindful living, family time, and helping others reconnect with their emotional wisdom and inner strength.
