My Background and Approach
Our team consists of therapists with decades of collective experience specialize in numerous areas ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, relationship issues, family issues, and areas in between. We offer different approaches and modalities such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As a diverse group of individual therapists with backgrounds and understanding in minority households, we can relate and identify specific experiences and provide specialized support. We will meet you where you’re at in the process by speaking with you about the areas you are seeking services for and get you connected to a therapist that best suits your needs. Your therapist will work with you to create a safe and trusting relationship where you can explore and channel your pain and hurt into self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner strength.
