As a compassionate and perceptive listener, I offer you a healing space with focus on solutions. Gifted in establishing rapport quickly, my approach focuses on empathetic guidance, identification of client strengths, and replacing destructive patterns. I specialize in treating adults struggling with life transitions associated with work, stress, relationships ,anxiety, post-partum, an depression. With previous experience as a School Counselor and Teacher, I am relatable to many populations.

I believe in fostering awareness and insight through self-empowerment, identification of strengths, and empathetic guidance.I ascribes to evidence based practices including Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Rogerian- client centered approach is one of my most used, as I like to foster, a unconditional positive, and genuine space for my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I enjoy working with individual clients of all backgrounds, with a focus on women's issues not excluding men. Being a mother myself, I am sensitive to mom's and post-partum depression. I create a tailored plan for each client. I am Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional nominated by Top Doctor as a leading Anxiety Specialist in Grapevine, TX. I assure you are in great hands. I am a girls girls, and rally for women's right, Black Lives Matter and LGBTQIA rights.
