Anxiety sucks. It takes up all of your time, energy, and motivation. Want to do something big? Cue anxiety rolling up with all its friends, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism. Depression is a sticky black hole that makes you feel small, insignificant, and worthless. Time to kick depression to the curb & make new friends with self-confidence, positivity, & energy! Think of all of the things you could be doing instead of feeling depressed! Now, having depression isn't something to feel all judgey at yourself for. You are doing your best just being here. Just know that you don't have to live like that. When you're ready, let's get this thing rolling!!

Life transitions are something that impact everyone's lives. Graduations, relationships, career changes, moving, marriage, divorce, and losing a loved one are all transitions that can frustrate us and make it difficult to move forward into the life that we want to be living. But, you are here now and we can tackle this together through therapy!

We won't just look at the problems and the struggles, we'll start where you are today & look at your gifts, your strengths, & who you are to personalize your care down to the detail.
