About My Clients
I work with individuals who are struggling with worry and anxiety about everything. They are depressed, they feel alone, and they are exhausted in every way possible. They are motivated and driven but often find that they are more and more tired despite fighting harder and harder. They feel as though they can't meet the expectations that are pushing them from all sides and they are terrified of letting everyone around them down. If this is how you feel, please know that I want to help.
My Background and Approach
I want you to have a safe and non-judgmental space to let it all out and let it all go. I will work with you to find your way through the self-imposed expectations so that you can start doing what you actually want to be doing instead of what you feel responsible for. I want you to have more good days than bad. Together we can work together to grow a space for your to heal and start really living.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If your goals are to have a better quality of life, more contentedness within yourself and in your relationships, more peace in your journey, and more energy for the things that you love, then you and I will be a great fit! I work hard to make sure that my people are able to build their emotional vocabulary, develop coping strategies for when things are hard and believe in themselves again.
