I provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for men to address challenges shaped by cultural pressures, focusing on identity, emotions (like anger, sadness), relationships, and performance. I also support men impacted by "red-pill" and "incel" ideologies, MAGA, and relevant cultural, social, and political movements.

Self esteem impacts every area of life. Self esteem isn't something to be fixed, it's something to be built, like a muscle. Identity exploration and values identification and other individually tailored interventions are used to build self esteem and self efficacy. This includes self compassion and deeper insight.

Chronic Illness and chronic pain is a lonely journey. We live in an able-ist world that is hostile and indifferent to any form of disability. The many facets of life with chronic illness, constant pain and disability are unseen and not understood. As a therapist also living with chronic illness and pain for over 30 years, I possess a unique lens into the inner world of chronic illness and pain to meet you where you're at and support your specific needs.

I believe none of us are broken. Life is hard and we humans are all navigating our individual journeys the best we know how. Therapy should be a safe space where you don’t have to mask – you can be who you are, as you are, with no judgment, platitudes, or trying to “fix” you. What is your story? I am person-centered in my core and eclectic in my approach. This means I bring in various modalities tailored to meet the needs of each individual grounded in empathy, warmth, and non-judgment.

DBT offers many skills that help with daily life and challenges big and small, both existential and practical skills you can use every day. DBT is integrated into other therapies that are tailored to each individual.

Existential crises are real and a significant part of the human experience. Life, death, purpose, and meaning are areas we can dive deep into and stay there as you need to. The shadow, the darkness, the emptiness, the fears are nothing to be ashamed of or avoid. I work specifically with existential depression and existential anxiety, nihilism, stoicism, and "black pill" philosophy.
