My Background and Approach
I have a tool box full of different options that we can choose from. I come from a holistic approach that centers around you and what you need. Things like meditation, mindfulness, journaling. I have knowledge and tools in other ways also and am always on the look out for different techniques. We are all different and we all need something that fits us and I don't mind spending time finding that for you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs are that we are who we are. We can't change others but we can work on ourselves to be happier with who we are. Nobody should live with a label that defines who they are or what they are capable of because we all have so much to give. My strongest belief is that animals have an amazing way of healing the unknown and spend my time exploring those options through shelters, research, etc.
