I exclusively work with partners who are in a relationship and looking to change and heal from unhealthy ways of relating. Many of the people I work with are lonely, not enjoying sex, and considering separation.

I am a certified sex therapist with a certificate from the University of Michigan. Much of the work I do in relationships focuses on sexual orientation, gender identity, having the sex you want, and open relationships.

Many people worry that their attachment histories dictate their current relationships or how successful they can be in a relationship. I approach attachment from the lens of learning about yourself and your patterns of relating and so you are able to learn and practice new behaviors that result in conflict resolution and deep connection. In time, you build a healthy attachment and true connection.

I am a certified Gottman therapist. I believe Gottman method therapy is the most comprehensive theory to understand and intervene in relationships to build lasting change. This method of therapy is based on over 50 years of research and thousands of couples. I primarily do intensive therapy, meaning longer sessions to allow for deeper connection and more thorough healing.

Relationships are complicated! Therapy can help by learning communication skills, resolving past hurts, and building a style of relating that makes people true partners in life. Many of the people I see are struggling with feeling lonely and stuck. They are seeking a seasoned and interactive provider who will guide significant changes to the current relationship dynamic.
