About My Clients
Making the decision to participate in therapy and advocating for yourself can sometimes be daunting. My goal is to provide a safe, honest, judgement free, supportive space that encourages self-exploration and empowers you to be your best self. Just as each person is unique, so too is their therapeutic process. What works for one individual, may not for another. I would be honored to hear your story. I’m on your side.
My Background and Approach
We all know that life is filled with challenges, and my life has been no exception. I have learned to overcome obstacles, and to accept elements of life that I cannot change. I learned that my circumstance did not define me. I learned how to function even in disfunction, and to be at peace even when life was anything but peaceful. I learned to love my imperfections because they are a part of what make me who I am. Therapy has been a great asset in my journey.
