About My Clients
I work most with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or are processing trauma, grief, or a loss of meaning. I support people navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and recovery from psychedelic harm or spiritual/therapeutic abuse. My clients are often seeking a grounded, nonjudgmental space to reconnect with themselves, hold complexity, and heal at their own pace.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience in harm reduction and several years of trauma-informed therapy training. I specialize in somatic therapy, psychedelic integration, and recovery from psychedelic or spiritual harm. My work is collaborative and body-aware, helping clients safely reconnect with themselves and build lasting emotional resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a social worker, I value accessibility, harm reduction, and collective care. I'm committed to anti-oppressive practice and support movements for racial justice, LGBTQ+ liberation, and decolonizing mental health. I’ve spent years supporting people in crisis and believe healing happens in relationship—with self, others, and community. Outside of work, I find joy in nature, crafting, and cats!
