I offer strictly confidential, off-the record, in-person or virtual services. I am located in the city of Yorba Linda, Orange County, CA. Outside the office, I prioritize quiet time in nature, yoga, travel, and grounded connection with family and friends—practicing the same nervous system balance and presence I bring to our work.
