My work with women is grounded in an understanding of the complexities of how women are seen and experience the world, through a feminist lens. Some of the women's issues I often work with include sexual pain, matrescence, infertility, and PMDD.

I specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum women to support them through their experience before, during, and after pregnancy. I work with PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety disorders) and support my clients with evidence-based practices and often work with reproductive psychiatrists to further support my clients.

I work through a relational, attachment-based lens and believe that a good working relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of good therapy treatment. I aim to provide a collaborative, warm, and understanding therapeutic experience where you can feel safe to do the work of opening, questioning, and being curious about yourself and your inner processes. I believe these qualities best lead to healing and growth for my clients.

Mindfulness is about awareness of the present moment to slow down and notice thoughts, feelings, and sensations with curiosity and without judgment. Mindfulness is an evidence-based therapy technique that is particularly helpful with anxiety and panic disorders.

I am an integrative therapist and pull from CBT, DBT, mindfuness, somatic, and feminist therapy rooted in a relational, psychodynamic understanding. What this means is I am interested in the narrative arc of your life, and will be present, collaborative, and engaged in each session with you. I will listen to you and go at your own pace, knowing when to listen actively, and when to provide information and questions.

I use a relational, attachment-based lens through which to work with each client. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is at the core of doing this work, and through helping my clients feel seen, understood, and safe, we can deepen our work together to explore and facilitate growth and healing.
