I have experience working with individuals who struggle from depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress, fear/isolation, lack of motivation, grief, trauma, anger, and other issues that interfere with everyday life.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, attachment-based, skills-oriented, and solution-focused. This means that I focus on how your inner world has been shaped by early experiences, as well as how that impacts your present relationships and broader life experiences. Along the way, I will provide evidence-based skills for you to try out and practice that can help regulate difficult emotion while we work together to find ways to either solve problems or effectively navigate difficult situations that are out of your control to solve at this time.
