About My Clients
My clients are seeking a safe holding space to help process whatever issues they may be going through with a non judgmental therapist who can help them problem solve and sort through pressing situations. These situations or issues may be triggering a wide range of emotions or feelings and causing more serious issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma/PTSD. As a trained mental health professional, I can help you cope with these feelings and help move them in a more positive direction.
My Background and Approach
Through therapy, transitions will be something that client and therapist will work through together and create a clear therapeutic plan based on clearcut goals which I will support the client in identifying and working towards. In addition, I will help the client in managing the anxiety and stress that goes with life changes through mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and stress reduction techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am very down to earth and connect with my clients. I always want my clients to feel that they can be able to tell me anything as everything we talk about is between us. I know therapy is hard work and trust can take time, but I am always there to listen and help my clients help mange their lives.
