About My Clients
I work with adults individually on their goals. I especially like working through trauma, addictions/alcohol issues and relationship troubles.
My Background and Approach
I love for sessions to be client-centered and assisting clients in reaching their goals! I like to serve as a guide and a helper to assist in unpacking complicated things in order to feel better. I believe that people have the answers inside them and sometimes we need some assistance in seeing things more clearly. I also believe that getting help is a sign of strength rather than a weakness. I think it is quite brave to seek out counseling and I hope that I can help you on your life's journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My beliefs line up with the Social Work Code of Ethics, stating: "service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. These principles set forth ideals to which all social workers should aspire."-socialworkers.org I feel strongly that everyone has equal value and worth. I am truly grateful for work that is in service to our community.
