I give individuals and couples a safe place to feel heard and understood as we heal your inner world and help make your life what you want it to be.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health counselor with over a decade of experience as a therapist and 16 years in the field of psychology and mental health. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages as well as concentrated experience in abuse and trauma. I am a Certified Family Trauma Professional, Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, and a Certified Leader for the Gottman Seven Principles of Making a Marriage Work. I have additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and am Level 1 and 2 trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Counseling. Counseling is my passion and it is my honor to serve individuals and families in need of my services. There is nothing more important to progress than human connection. With me, you will receive abundant empathy and validation and you'll also get constructive feedback, education, and discussions that help you dig deeper and grow. We'll examine your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and history without judgment.
