About My Clients
Living in a way that's out of sync with your needs, values, and goals has left you feeling depleted and overwhelmed. You're tired of feeling stressed and frustrated, crave meaningful relationships, and want desperately to live to your potential. I specialize in working with women who are learning to navigate ADHD and other neurodivergence. Many of my clients also experience depression and anxiety, struggle with self-esteem, feel unsatisfied in their relationships, or have histories of trauma.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and personal. I believe that we all have the capacity to make meaningful change, both in ourselves and in the systems around us. I also believe that we’re best equipped to do this when we know how to best meet our needs, and when we learn how to treat ourselves with both compassion and accountability. I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective, and draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR to help my clients better understand uncomfortable emotions, challenge painful and self-limiting beliefs, and create new empowering, meaningful, and values-oriented narratives. We will work together to process through the pain of past experiences, understand your strengths and challenges, and figure out a path to make choices more closely aligned with your values.
