My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR trained. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients including people in the helping field, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, difficult relationships, life changes, and those who need help coping with political and environmental issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping people hear their inner voice while also looking at important values you hold, your beliefs and the world around us. All of these things contribute to who we are and how we show up. I believe we are the experts of our lives AND the world around us can affect us in ways we don't like. My goal is to help people find themselves and enjoy life amongst the chaos around us.
