My Background and Approach
I provide teletherapy for both individuals and couples residing in Indiana (License 34006840A) and Vermont (Registration 089.0136185TELE) through Orenda Counseling LLC. I specialize in the areas of adjustment/life transitions, relationship concerns, perfectionism, social anxiety, highly sensitive persons (HSP), family of origin issues, trauma, addiction, narcissistic abuse, chronic pain/illness, and other health related stressors. I have earned Dr. Karyl McBride's Level 1 WIEBGE (Will I Ever Be Good Enough) certification, which guides my work with daughters who have experienced narcissistic parenting. I'm also Gottman Level 2 trained, which I utilize with the couples I counsel.
