In this supportive space, you will be fully seen, guided through emotional healing, and empowered with practical tools to navigate relationships, process trauma, and rediscover confidence and clarity in your life.
My Background and Approach
Life can feel heavy, confusing, and lonely, and sometimes it seems like no one truly sees all the parts of you. I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a master’s in clinical psychology, and I work with people who are ready to face the experiences, patterns, and inner voices that have kept them stuck for years. I blend IFS, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches to help you connect with every part of yourself, including the scared, angry, and ashamed parts, so you can understand them, unblend from them, and heal. My work is warm, honest, and real. I hold you fully, I challenge you gently and firmly when needed, and I meet you where you are without judgment. Together we process trauma, explore your relational patterns, release tension stored in your body, and build practical strategies that allow you to reclaim your voice, confidence, and sense of self. You will leave our work feeling more alive, integrated, and empowered to live on your own terms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, and honoring the complexity of everyone’s story. I have deep compassion for sex workers, single parents, trauma survivors, and anyone navigating life’s challenges, because I know how society often misunderstands or overlooks these experiences. I strive to create a space of safety, dignity, and empowerment. Outside of therapy, I volunteer with the Anti-Cruelty Society’s Reading Buddies program alongside my daughter, nurturing literacy, empathy, and connection. I value honesty, inclusion, and real human connection, and I bring these principles into all areas of my life and work.
