I specialize in working with adolescents/teenagers, first responders (medical and law enforcement), anyone who has experienced trauma, fellow mental health providers, millennials, and anyone struggling to find their purpose in the world.
My Background and Approach
I utilize EMDR with talk therapy to help clients process whatever may be holding them back. I strive to create a safe environment for my clients and use a more conversational approach. My goal is to help my clients successfully graduate from therapy. My clients describe me as perceptive, direct, no BS, curious, safe, weird, relatable, and easy to open up to.
