About My Clients

My clients include young adults and adults who are navigating complex emotional and relational issues. With a focus on treating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and parenting struggles, I'm dedicated to supporting individuals who may feel stuck or lost in their lives. Whether you’re seeking to navigate ongoing issues or manage life transitions, I’m here to offer a compassionate and effective path toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My Background and Approach

I utilize a range of therapy modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness techniques, to tailor my approach to each individual’s needs. By combining these methods, I aim to create a supportive and transformative therapeutic experience that promotes personal growth and emotional well-being. Additionally, as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and a graduate of a shamanic healing program, I draw on a holistic perspective that combines traditional therapeutic methods with mind-body practices and spiritual insights. This diverse background allows me to offer a rich, multifaceted approach to therapy that supports emotional healing, personal growth, and overall well-being. If you’re interested in exploring how these integrated practices can benefit you, I invite you to reach out for a conversation about how I can assist you on your journey.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that growth and change are not only possible but inevitable parts of the human experience. We all have an innate ability to grow and heal. It is my pleasure to be a witness to your healing journey. With a background shaped by my own mental health journey, I’ve come to understand that mental health issues often stem from unhealthy learned behaviors, which can be unlearned and replaced with positive, healthy practices. Through personal therapy and self-discovery, I’ve successfully managed and overcome my own challenges and am eager to help others experience the same freedom and peace that I have achieved. Outside of my professional life, I'm an animal lover and spend plenty of time engaging in my self-care practice of daily puppy snuggles!
