About My Clients
Do you feel stuck in exhausting cycles with food or uncomfortable in your body—carrying shame, self-doubt, or the weight of others’ expectations. Maybe you're navigating a life transition like perimenopause and feeling unprepared for how it’s affecting your identity and sense of self. You want relief, clarity, and a way forward. Most of all, you want to feel at home in your body, rebuild trust in yourself, and live with more ease, self-compassion, and freedom.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience. I specialize in helping clients heal their relationships with food and body, especially those navigating disordered eating, body shame, and the impact of weight stigma. My work is fat-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and rooted in Health at Every Size® (HAES®), offering care that respects your full humanity. I support clients through life transitions—particularly perimenopause and menopause—using trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approaches including CBT/DBT, somatic work and Intuitive Eating, and always tailoring our work to your needs and goals. With over a decade of experience, I offer a compassionate space to explore identity, rebuild body trust, and move toward greater self-acceptance. Therapy with me is not about fixing you—it’s about reconnecting with your inner wisdom and creating a more liberated relationship with yourself.
