About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, family stress, or difficult life experiences. Some clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Others need support with emotional regulation, coping skills, communication, or healing from painful experiences. I offer a supportive, trauma-informed space where clients can feel understood, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that meets clients where they are. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, family stress, and other challenging life experiences. My style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel emotionally safe enough to explore what they are carrying. I often incorporate coping skills, emotional regulation, communication support, and practical strategies alongside deeper healing work. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen their ability to cope, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it is grounded in safety, trust, and genuine human connection. I value a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that respects each client’s pace, communication style, and lived experience. I believe people are more than their symptoms, and that meaningful change happens when clients feel supported, empowered, and able to show up as themselves without fear of judgment.
