About My Clients

You did what you were supposed to do. You made responsible choices, built a career, a relationship, maybe a family. You focused on being useful, not needing too much, and being grateful. Except life hasn't turned out quite as advertised, and none of this was on your bingo card. You are not in crisis. You are flat, tired, irritable, and stuck on decisions you used to make in an afternoon. You know something needs to change. You have no idea what.

My Background and Approach

I'm not here to tell you what to do. Plenty of people have already done that, and it's probably part of how you got here. You're the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you get curious about what you need now. Sometimes that means practical strategy for the life you're already living. Sometimes it means understanding why the load got so heavy in the first place. Whatever we land on has to survive contact with your real life. A sound bath is lovely. It is less useful at 6 p.m. with two kids screaming for dinner. I'm genuine, direct, and accepting, and my approach is collaborative and integrative.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

The rulebook goes something like this: be good, be useful, don't need too much, put others first, be grateful, and it'll all work out. Nobody hands it to you in writing. You absorb it anyway. For a lot of my clients it came from church, purity culture, the gendered expectations you inherited about who you were supposed to become, or a family that treated obedience as a virtue and exhaustion as proof of love. Others got a different rulebook, the one that had them blaming themselves for not measuring up long before anyone said the word neurodivergent. Different rules, different life stages, same trap. The cost shows up as irritability, burnout, anxiety, depression, and a lot of energy spent convincing yourself you're fine. Spoiler alert: if you have to talk yourself into being fine, you probably aren't. Maybe it's time to stop white knuckling it. If you want to know more about how I can help, send me a message.
