With over two decades of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma - whether is stems from a single event or chronic, long-term experiences. I use evidence based modalities such as EMDR and somatic practices to support clients in processing their experiences, restoring a sense of control, and reconnecting with their innate resilience.

For over 26 years I have supported individual through many forms of grief. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process loss in all its complexity.

With a deep understanding of how anxiety and chronic stress impact both mind and body, I help clients develop practical tools to manage overwhelm, calm the nervous system, and build resilience. Drawing from evidence-based approaches like mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies and somatic awareness I guide individuals toward greater balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of control in their daily lives.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy blends the practical tools of cognitive behavioral therapy with the calming, present-moment awareness of mindfulness practices. MBCT helps individuals recognize unhelpful thought patterns without getting caught up in them.

EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain's natural ability to process and integrate painful experiences, reducing emotional intensity and helping clients feel more grounded, empowered and at peace.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individual identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns. By building awareness of how thoughts influence feelings and actions, CBT empowers clients to develop healthier coping strategies, manage anxiety and stress, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
