About My Clients

I work with adults facing grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. Many clients come to me after loss, burnout, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck. I also support LGBTQ+ clients and those affected by suicide — whether grieving a loss or facing thoughts of not wanting to be here. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just need a space where you can show up as you are.

My Background and Approach

I provide a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where you can feel truly seen and heard without judgment or pressure. Therapy is a collaborative process. I work with you to explore your experience, identify what feels most important, and discover what strategies and insights are helpful for your unique journey. I’m a realist and believe in meeting life as it is — not sugarcoating or forcing false positivity. Humor often helps break the tension and build connection, making sessions feel more comfortable and human. Whether you’re dealing with grief, anxiety, identity challenges, or life transitions, I meet you where you are and honor your pace. Together, we’ll create a safe, down-to-earth space where healing, growth, and real connection can happen. I support you in building awareness, coping skills, and reconnecting with your strengths — all while keeping it genuine and approachable.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone carries their own story, full of joys, struggles, and mistakes that don’t define who they are today. Healing and growth look different for each person, and there’s no “right” way to be or timeline to follow. Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and the ways we’ve learned to cope might no longer serve us—but that’s okay. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what feels true for you, at your own pace.
