About My Clients
Life can seem like a lot sometimes. Big changes happen such as breakups starting new careers, or moving to new places, which can leave us feeling anxious, lonely, and isolated. Often we just keep it all in, putting a smile on our face but struggling inside knowing there has to be something different. Sometimes the biggest step we can take to making change is letting ourself be brave and allowing someone in to those scary places we just keep to ourself.
My Background and Approach
The space I will create for you will be a safe place for you to really explore what is going on at the root of why you feel this way. Together we will identify your strengths and learn new tools to deal with your stressors that are interfering with you living your best life. We can work together to not just learn new techniques but also get to the root of why these stressors and problems are showing up. We'll work to identify that story you tell yourself that leads you to not feeling good enough and get to work on re-writing that narrative so that you feel empowered to take action and better manage stress.
