About My Clients
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, phobias, and self esteem. I provide a safe, calming place for clients to feel comfortable in discussing life events that have altered their mental health.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master of Arts degree from Webster University with an emphasis in Professional Mental Health. I have gained experience over the years working with clients of all ages who are feeling anxious, stressed, depressed. I prefer to use an eclectic approach, as I believe each individual is unique and responds differently to treatment. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy are some of the few approaches I use to help my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My vision is to provide a safe place for my clients to open up and express themselves as well as to encourage and support my clients' goals. I value self-care and self-acceptance and wish to empower my clients to become their true authentic self.
