I’m Heather Lutz, FNP-BC, with 15 years of healthcare experience in family medicine, weight loss, and urgent care. I hold active APRN licenses in Illinois, Kentucky, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Delaware and provide telehealth services through Klarity and Kiwi Health. My expertise includes treating minor injuries, infections, allergies, and flu symptoms, as well as supporting clients with weight management and depression. I focus on providing individualized, evidence-based care that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term health goals. My approach is patient-centered, empowering you to take control of your health with practical, sustainable solutions.
